Key Responsibilities:

* Work with existing teams to provide a comprehensive digital services strategy aligned with growth objectives, leading the evolution of remote pharmacy services
* Oversee the design, development, and continuous improvement of all our digital platforms
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and ensure seamless delivery and best practice
* Manage projects and initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability of our digital infrastructure
* Collaborate with senior leadership to align Pharmacy Services strategies with broader business goals
* Work closely with external partners, vendors, and service providers to enhance Pharmacy2U's digital offerings

Requirements:

* Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing digital teams in a dynamic environment, within a regulated industry, focusing on compliance, data protection, and risk management
* Demonstrated ability to create and execute a forward-looking digital strategy that aligns with business objectives, coupled with in-depth knowledge of digital platforms
* Strong project management skills with experience in agile development and delivering digital transformation initiatives
* Data-driven with the ability to analyze digital performance metrics and user data to drive decisions
* Excellent problem-solving abilities, able to identify opportunities for improvement
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to present complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
* A passion for keeping up with the latest digital trends and emerging technologies in the healthcare sector
* Experience in operational delivery management or digital transformation, with extensive service gained in a senior leadership role, coupled with a management qualification or demonstrable, solid experience
* Hands-on experience with digital and appointment fulfillment platforms
* Strong track record of driving customer-centric digital solutions, especially in e-commerce or high-volume digital environments
* Experience in the healthcare or online pharmacy sector is highly desirable
