About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at Eco2Solar. As the first point of contact for HR-related queries, you will provide exceptional support to our employees and contribute to the overall success of our HR and Health and Safety function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for HR-related queries and provide timely and effective support to employees
  • Support the HR and Health and Safety function, including recruitment, training, and development, retention, and engagement
  • Develop and implement processes to improve HR administration and reporting
  • Collaborate with the management team to ensure effective communication and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Provide administrative support for HR-related tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels
  • A good understanding of employment law and HR principles
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems, with experience of NetSuite an advantage
  • Experience in a similar administrative role in an HR department, with a strong understanding of HR processes and procedures
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £27,000 - £29,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits, including 33 days annual leave, contributory pension scheme, and flexible benefits package.
