Job Title: Night-shift Production Leader
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Night-shift Production Leader to join our team at Latham & Bond Human Resources Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the night shift operations to ensure smooth production and high-quality output.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the night shift operations to ensure efficient production and high-quality output.
- Lead and motivate a team of 50 technicians to achieve production targets and goals.
- Collaborate with the Production Manager to develop and implement production plans and strategies.
- Monitor and control production costs, including labor, materials, and overheads.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a production leadership role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum.
- A shift premium of £3.21 per hour.
