About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Bulgari Hotel London. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the hotel, upholding the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain the efficiency levels in Front Office, ensuring seamless communication with all departments and external partners.
  • Oversee the operation of all Front of House departments in the absence of the relevant Head of Department, maximizing revenue opportunities through upselling and excellent customer service.
  • Liaise with guests, colleagues, and external partners to resolve issues and ensure a positive guest experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with management decisions, new directives, and events, sharing relevant information with the team to ensure a cohesive and informed approach.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest feedback and implement remedial action to resolve outstanding issues.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Operational knowledge and expertise of MARSHA, Opera, Excel, and Word.
  • Relevant NVQ or professional qualifications, with a strong focus on technical skills and flexibility.
  • Experience working in a luxury service environment, with a deep understanding of the 5-star hospitality industry.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to engage with guests and colleagues alike.
  • Good written and spoken English, with fluency in a second language a significant advantage.
