Adults Care Professional

We are seeking a dedicated social services professional to join our learning disabilities team in Manchester. This role offers an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of adults with learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:- To conduct thorough assessments of individuals with learning disabilities to identify their needs and support requirements.
- To develop and implement person-centered support plans to promote independence and well-being.
- To work collaboratively with other professionals, including health, education, and housing, to ensure a coordinated approach.
- To provide guidance and support to individuals and their families.
- To maintain accurate and up-to-date case records.
- Degree in Social Work
- Registration with Social Work England
- Experience working with adults with learning disabilities
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and guidance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
The estimated salary for this role is £30 per hour.
