Tripod Partners seeks an experienced and passionate Social Worker to join our CAD Team, responsible for ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our service users.

This critical role involves conducting thorough assessments of referrals, contacting vulnerable adults, and liaising with professional services to provide holistic support.

  • Develop and implement individualised plans to address the needs and risks of service users, working collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Provide expert guidance and advice to Enquiry Officers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Identify and take appropriate action when risk is recognised, prioritising the safety and wellbeing of service users.
  • Support the identification and referral of service users to relevant services, promoting independence and self-sufficiency.

About You

\

You must be a qualified Social Worker with experience in adult social care, possessing a strong passion for making a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable adults.

\

Salary: £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience
