About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning Manager to join our team at TalentEdge. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial plans and models to support business decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to inform business strategy and drive growth
  • Develop and maintain financial models and reports to support business planning and decision-making
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks and opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization

Requirements:

  • ACCA, CIMA, or ACA qualification
  • Experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on strategic growth and profitability
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-finance stakeholders
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools (ideally PowerBI)
