We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning Manager to join our team at TalentEdge. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities and develop financial plans to support them.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management and external partners.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis.
Requirements:
- ACCA, CIMA, or ACA qualification or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong track record of delivering results.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools (ideally PowerBI).
