About the Role
As a key member of the H&M Home team, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers in-store. You will work closely with the store manager and team to maximize profitability, drive sales, and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer First : You will be passionate about our customers and dedicated to providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Driving Sales : You will work with the store team to maximize profitability and drive sales through inspirational presentations and effective visual merchandising.
- Visual Presentation : You will be responsible for creating visually appealing store displays and presentations that showcase our products in the best possible light.
- Store Operations : You will assist the store manager in maintaining a high level of store operations, including ordering and receipt of stock, and ensuring that all visual merchandising and store displays are maintained to the highest standard.
- Leadership : You will be an ambassador for the H&M Home brand and will lead by example, demonstrating our values and expectations to the store team.
Requirements
- Customer Service : You must be passionate about customer service and dedicated to providing an exceptional shopping experience.
- Leadership : You must be able to lead and motivate a team, and have a positive and coaching attitude.
- Results-Driven : You must be results-driven and able to drive sales and profitability through inspirational presentations and effective visual merchandising.
- Visual Merchandising : You must have a keen eye for visual merchandising and be able to create visually appealing store displays and presentations.
- Organizational Skills : You must be well-organized and able to cope with a large workload.
