This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to expand their experience by managing a small payroll team with a focus on delivering an exceptional service. The role is a hybrid of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure company policies and employee benefits are managed in accordance with our guidelines.
  • Support the Payroll Manager with continuous improvement, development, and coordination of processes and procedures.
  • Manage the payroll and benefits systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with statutory and payroll changes.
  • Manage pension administration, auto enrolment, and interface with pension providers.
Requirements
  • Certified Payroll Professional qualification – CIPP or equivalent (preferred).
  • ADP IHCM software or similar (preferred).
  • Ability to calculate manual pay slips (essential).
  • Knowledge of stock option and restricted stock unit schemes (preferred).
