We are seeking a talented Building Cost Consultant to join our team at Building Careers UK. As a highly skilled professional in the roofing industry, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality projects on budget.

  • In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will be responsible for reviewing project plans and assessing potential risks, site conditions, and material requirements.
  • You will also collaborate with the procurement team to identify cost-effective and high-quality suppliers, and assist in preparing and submitting bids for roofing projects.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Estimator in the roofing or construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of roofing materials, systems, and project requirements.
  • Proficient in estimating software, MS Office, and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work to tight deadlines.

The estimated salary for this position is £65,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also benefit from a comprehensive benefits package, including career development opportunities and a competitive salary.
