Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cost Planning: Develop precise and comprehensive cost plans to establish project budgets and ensure thorough risk assessment and accurate cost estimation.
  • Commercial Oversight: Supervise project costs from inception to practical completion, assuming commercial responsibility for projects, including cost reporting, value engineering, cash flow management, dispute resolution, cost oversight, and account administration.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience
  • RICS qualified or qualified by experience
  • Primarily PQS background
  • Commercial and housing experience preferred
