About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Pine Tree care home. As a Bank Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring they receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting a sense of well-being and happiness
  • Follow care plans and ensure residents receive the necessary care and support
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care

  • Experience of caring for older people
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A can-do approach and a willingness to learn and develop

Working Arrangements

This is a Bank position, which means you will work on an as-needed basis to provide cover for annual leave, sick leave, and other absences. Your hours and days will vary, but we will ensure you have a fair and equitable share of shifts.
