We provide the highest standards of care to older people with a range of needs, including dementia, physical disabilities, and mental health issues. By joining our team, you will become one of the 'family' and in return for your dedication and hard work, you can expect:

  • Competitive Salary: £12.40 per hour depending on experience and qualifications
  • Flexible Shift Patterns: 24 hours a week - 2 X 12 hour DAY shifts or 36 hours a week - 3 X 12 hour NIGHT shifts
  • Shifts from 8am - 8pm/8pm - 8am, Monday - Sunday. You must be able to work alternate weekends
About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will be assisting with mealtimes, personal care, and completing current and appropriate documentation, including daily record keeping, charts, and care plans. You will be engaging in meaningful activities with our residents, promoting independence, choice, dignity, and respect.

We are looking for individuals with experience in a care environment, either in a care home, as a home care worker, or caring for a loved one. However, if you have a caring and kind approach and the desire to work with older people, we encourage you to apply.
