We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Bank Support Worker to join our team at Nexus Support, Castle Point / Rayleigh. As a Bank Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Complex Needs to live their best lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support individuals with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
  • Assist with community activities, such as swimming, exercising, and health and beauty
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high-quality care and support
