We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Support Worker at National Care Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enabling the people we support to live their best lives.

  • Provide person-centered support to individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Complex Needs
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores
  • Support individuals to develop new skills and interests

National Care Group is a specialist provider of care and support services, working alongside individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Complex Needs, and their families in the South Essex area.

Requirements

  • Availability to work a minimum of two shifts per week, including earlies, lates, sleep ins, and alternate weekends
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
