About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Nexus Support in Castle Point and Rayleigh. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enabling individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Complex Needs to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support individuals to develop new skills and interests
  • Assist with daily living tasks and personal care
  • Encourage independence and participation in community activities
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and families to achieve positive outcomes

Requirements

  • Availability to work a minimum of two shifts per week
  • Flexibility to work earlies, lates, sleep ins, and alternate weekends
  • A passion for supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism
