Customer Service Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Apprentice to join our team at Saint-Gobain UK & Ireland. As a Customer Service Apprentice, you will be responsible for delivering an excellent service to our customers, avoiding errors and building long-term relationships built on trust and confidence in our service.

Ceramics are part of Saint-Gobain UK & Ireland, specialising in ceramic-based solutions for industrial clients. We are looking for someone who is interested in gaining industry experience while gaining a qualification in customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing customer orders professionally, accurately, and within agreed timescales
  • Responding to and resolving customer enquiries in a professional, prompt, and efficient manner
  • Supporting the sales team with customer service-related requests
  • Supporting invoice processing
  • Liaising internally to assure shipping requirements are met
  • Arranging transport
  • Managing any service issues
