About the Role:

The Employment Services Director will play a pivotal role in strategically growing and enhancing our employment support services. This leadership position will foster a culture of innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of 80+ staff across multiple sites, ensuring high performance and achievement of programme targets.
  • Service Oversight: Oversee core services, including IPS in Primary Care, IPS in SMI, and Employment Advisors in Talking Therapies, while ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with commissioners, health providers, and employers to expand our reach and impact.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and uphold quality assurance standards, safeguarding measures, and robust governance practices.
  • Financial Management: Monitor budgets, identify cost efficiencies, and achieve financial goals within agreed parameters.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with Business Development on tendering for new services and retaining existing ones.
