Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Sales Negotiator to drive sales growth and develop strong relationships with commercial clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for completing property valuations, sourcing and securing relevant information for sales details, building great working relationships between sellers and businesses, and promoting properties for sale.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete property valuations with support and training from senior staff
  • Source and secure relevant information for sales details, including photography and business data
  • Build and maintain strong relationships between sellers and businesses, upholding high company standards and stakeholder engagement
  • Market and promote properties for sale, including arranging viewings and negotiations with prospective buyers
  • Monitor sales progress and liaise with interested parties, including mortgage brokers, solicitors, surveyors, and other estate agents
  • Recommend properties to clients based on their needs and budget
  • Ensure prices agreed are acceptable to both buyer and seller
  • Stay up-to-date with trends, legislation, and regulation in the relevant property market
Requirements:
  • Full driving license and own car
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft systems
  • Good IT knowledge
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Enthusiasm to learn and develop skills
Work Arrangements:

Full-time, Part-time

Pay and Benefits:

£25,000.00 per year, plus commission pay, company car, company events, and company pension

Work Schedule:
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
