KS1 Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking a highly dedicated and qualified KS1 Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support to a child in a KS1 class with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ASC and be able to work closely with the child and their teachers to develop strategies for emotional regulation and engagement in learning.
Requirements- 2:1 or higher degree and excellent A-Level and GCSE grades.
- Experience working with children with ASC and knowledge of ASC support strategies.
- Calm, patient and understanding approach, with a passion for inclusive education.
- Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to the broader life of the school community.
- A unique and happy school environment with hard working and dedicated staff.
