KS1 Teaching Position

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate KS1 teacher to join our team at Wayman Learning Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to our young learners, promoting their academic and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the needs of KS1 students.
- Develop and implement effective classroom management strategies to ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching methods.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK or an equivalent teaching certification.
- Previous experience teaching KS1 students is highly desirable.
