About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our Adult Social Care transitions offer as part of the Council's Preparing for Adulthood Pathway. As a Senior Operations Manager, you will lead the way in delivering innovative approaches to meet the needs of young people across all communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of practitioners to work across locality areas, reaching out to schools and community-based organisations.
- Support consistency of approach in the completion of Care Act assessments and support plans.
- Collaborate with partners across Children's, Education, and SEND to maximise the independence of young people.
Requirements
We are looking for a leader with a social work, OT, or registered professional background, who has expert knowledge and understanding of legal frameworks, Safeguarding in the adults or children's settings. You will have a strong passion for Equalities and Inclusion to ensure young people thrive and develop strength from their uniqueness.
