We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Director to join our senior management team at Paperline Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the next phase of growth and development for our business.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering profitable growth in a B2B or wholesale environment, with strong business acumen and financial literacy. They will be responsible for leading our commercial operations, developing sales strategies, and working closely with our Owner/Director, Financial Director, and IT Director to shape the future direction of the business.

Key responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and executing commercial strategies that drive sales, increase market share, and improve profitability
  2. Overseeing the sales function, managing key client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities
  3. Managing and motivating a small, dedicated team, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives and fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and collaboration
  4. Being responsible for achieving agreed sales and profit objectives, working with the Finance Director to monitor budgets and financial performance
  5. Directing the day-to-day operations, ensuring our supply chain, distribution, and customer service functions are operating efficiently and effectively

In return for your expertise and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of around £80-90,000 (negotiable based on experience), a 5% pension contribution, and a profit-sharing scheme to reward your impact on the business. You will also have the opportunity to be a key part of a growing, family-run company where your contributions will be directly visible and impactful.
