Job Title: Children's Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Children's Support Worker to join our team at Vetro Recruitment. As a Children's Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and challenging behaviours.

About the Role:
  • Support young people between the ages of 8-16 years old in a residential setting
  • Encourage and enable young people to develop socially, emotionally, and behaviourally
  • Work in a busy and ever-changing environment, requiring flexibility and resilience
  • Hold a Full UK Driving Licence
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary: £31,840- £34,240 (inclusive of sleeps)
  • Location: Exeter (EX4)
  • Contract: Permanent - Full Time
  • Hours: 40 hours per week plus 2 sleeps
  • Shift pattern: (9am - 10pm - sleep - 7am - 9am)

Responsibilities:
  • Encourage and support young people to develop their skills and abilities
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals to provide a holistic approach to care and support
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required
