Regional Manager

We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead our service and sales operations in Peterborough. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing a team of professionals, and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales and profit targets

  • Lead and manage a team of service and sales professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives

  • Manage the service operation to achieve designed sales, gross, and net profit

  • Produce and manage budgets for current and future financial trading periods

  • Carry out documented quality performance reviews, provide feedback, and agree improvement tasks and initiatives

  • Deliver structured employee development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

  • Proven experience in service and sales operations management

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to develop and implement business strategies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
