At Vermelo RPO, we are seeking a skilled Regional Facilities Manager to join our team in Peterborough. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and cost-effective management of our existing portfolio of properties, both commercial and residential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Property Management: Ensure the company strategy is executed through effective property maintenance, internal governance, and adherence to legislation.
- Contractor Management: Manage relationships with regional contractors and internal maintenance teams for planned preventative maintenance and reactive tasks, from tendering to performance management.
- Tenant Liaison: Regularly liaise with tenants to resolve issues in a timely manner and ensure their satisfaction.
- Repair and Maintenance: Manage repairs and ordering systems, adhering to our operating and finance procedures.
- Compliance and Safety: Monitor and ensure regional compliance with statutory safety regulations and carry out regular property inspections to maintain the condition and upkeep of our portfolio.
