Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Property Management: Ensure the company strategy is executed through effective property maintenance, internal governance, and adherence to legislation.
  • Contractor Management: Manage relationships with regional contractors and internal maintenance teams for planned preventative maintenance and reactive tasks, from tendering to performance management.
  • Tenant Liaison: Regularly liaise with tenants to resolve issues in a timely manner and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Repair and Maintenance: Manage repairs and ordering systems, adhering to our operating and finance procedures.
