Job Title: Facilities Contracts Manager

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Contracts Manager to join our Health and Safety and Facilities team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for actively managing facilities contracts across our offices, ensuring value for money and a consistently excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage facilities contracts to ensure value for money and excellent service
  • Liaise with landlords, contractors, and technology teams to ensure contractual obligations are met
  • Ensure health and safety checks, including fire safety checks, are conducted
  • Maintain office environments to ensure they are clean and fit for purpose

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in facilities or office management
  • A 'can-do', service-first approach
  • Ability to live within a commutable distance to our Peterborough office
