Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Analyst to provide exceptional IT support to our internal customers and colleagues. As a Service Desk Analyst at TVS Supply Chain Solutions, you will be the first point of contact for IT-related issues, providing timely and effective resolutions to ensure minimal disruption to our business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level support for IT equipment and software issues
  • Escalate complex issues to second- and third-line support teams as needed
  • Manage faults reported to third-party suppliers, maintaining communication updates throughout
  • Assist with the procurement, build, and configuration of IT equipment
  • Promote IT best practices and increase knowledge of core IT systems among the user community
  • Support IT projects as required
  • Maintain and support the core EPR system schedule process
Requirements and Skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills and self-drive
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a natural aptitude to consider the impact on the customer
  • Understanding of service and network infrastructures, including telephony systems
  • Office 365 experience – administration and training
  • Windows 10 desktop support
  • Android and Apple phone support
  • Microsoft Azure and SharePoint experience
  • A full clean driving license
