Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Analyst to provide exceptional IT support to our internal customers and colleagues. As a key member of our Central Service Desk team, you will be responsible for delivering first-level support across various channels, including telephone, email, and our Service Desk Platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to internal and external customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Escalate complex issues to second- and third-line support teams as required.
  • Manage faults reported to third-party suppliers, maintaining regular communication updates.
  • Assist with the procurement, build, and configuration of IT equipment, including PCs, laptops, and other devices.
  • Promote IT best practices and increase knowledge of core IT systems within the user community.
  • Support IT projects as required, working closely with the second-line support team and infrastructure team.
  • Maintain and support the core EPR system schedule process.
  • Provide remote and onsite assistance to customers.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Highly driven and determined individual with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with good organizational skills and self-drive.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a natural aptitude to consider the impact on the customer.
  • Understanding of service and network infrastructures, including telephony systems.
  • Office 365 experience, including administration and training.
  • Windows 10 desktop support.
  • Android and Apple phone support.
  • Microsoft Azure and SharePoint experience.
  • A full clean driving license.
