About the Role

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent role in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
