Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Development Team Lead to join our team in a hybrid role. As a Development Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a small team of developers working on our ERP systems and various integrations and portals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Manage a Team: Lead and manage a team of business systems developers, overseeing day-to-day tasks, conducting performance reviews, and handling management duties.
  • Hands-on Development: Engage in hands-on development, writing clean and efficient code, participating in meetings, sprint sessions, planning, and code reviews.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams and departments to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Requirements:

  • Leadership and Problem-Solving: Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of leading teams and delivering results.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical skills with knowledge of PHP, Node.js, SQL (Postgres desirable), CSS, and Agile development.
  • Version Control and Full-Stack Development: Proficiency in version control (Git) and full-stack development.
  • Communication and Presentation: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Desirable Skills:

  • Cloud-Based Technologies: Familiarity with React, Redux, Material UI, AWS Lambda, and other cloud-based technologies.
  • CI/CD Pipelines: Exposure to continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Testing Experience: Testing experience, including unit and end-to-end testing.
  • Open-Source Contributions: Contributions to open-source projects and a keen interest in the latest tech trends.
