Repair Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled administrator to support our repair operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing multiple workflows, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to investigate problems and understand technical information.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of repair quotations, processing received purchase orders, and issuing order acknowledgments. They will also be responsible for ordering parts as required, logging stock into Protean, and receiving parts on delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing repair quotations
- Process received POs and issue order acknowledgments
- Order parts as required and log stock into Protean
- Receive parts on delivery and ensure works are completed promptly
- Assist in ensuring completed jobs are closed and ready for invoicing
- Provide cover for the Service Co-ordinator when required
Requirements:
- Ability to communicate with mobile engineers to understand requirements
- Work from own initiative with minimum supervision
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work to deadlines under pressure
- Communicate precisely with team members and customers
- Competent in the daily use of Microsoft Office/Teams
