Job Description:

  • Supporting Students: Provide one-to-one support to students in the classroom, helping them to understand and complete tasks, and adapting activities to meet their specific needs.
  • Care and Welfare: Assist students with personal care needs, including feeding, toileting, dressing, and mobility, while promoting independence and dignity.
  • Social Skills: Encourage social skills and emotional well-being, creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Requirements:

  • A relevant qualification and experience working with students with special educational needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
