Job Overview

Edwards & Pearce are seeking an experienced Sales Growth Specialist to join their dynamic team. As a key member of the sales department, you will be responsible for driving business expansion and achieving sales targets.

**About the Role**:
  • To provide expert sales support to the sales team, developing and delivering sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • To identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales campaigns to capture these opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the training and development sector. You will be a self-motivated individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage personal pipeline of opportunities to ensure achievement of personal objectives and contribution to team targets.
  • Develop business proposals for prospects and customers.
The estimated salary for this role is £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, based on industry standards and the location of Edwards & Pearce.
