Job Description

This exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our established clients sales team in Hull. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities within your designated territory, including international markets.

In this role, you will perform the following duties:

  • Customer Engagement: Conduct regular visits to customer premises to foster and maintain excellent relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue current and future business opportunities with both existing and potential customers within your sales area.
  • Collaborative Growth: Work closely with other companies within the group to explore and develop synergistic business opportunities.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and processes to provide informed solutions and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Quotation and Order Management: Respond promptly to customer enquiries regarding quotations and orders, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Collaborate with internal departments to relay accurate information and ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Team Contribution: Participate actively in team meetings, contributing to the development and execution of the company's sales and marketing strategies.
  • Forecasting: Provide precise information to assist with sales forecasting and target setting.
