2nd Line Support Technician Role

We are seeking an experienced 2nd Line Support Technician to join our team at Cockenzieandportseton. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our customers, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or remote access
  • Resolve technical issues related to Windows Servers, Group Policy, Active Directory, and Virtualization
  • Collaborate with the support team to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
  • Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions
Requirements:
  • Proven experience working in a service desk environment
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Servers, Group Policy, Active Directory, and Virtualization
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
