2nd Line Support Technician Role

We are seeking an experienced 2nd Line Support Technician to join our team at CBS Butler. As a 2nd Line Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, resolving technical issues, and escalating complex problems to senior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop
  • Resolving technical issues related to Windows Servers, Group Policy, Active Directory, and Virtualization
  • Escalating complex problems to senior engineers for further assistance
  • Documenting and tracking technical issues using our ticketing system

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a service desk environment responding to tickets within SLAs
  • Key experience in Windows Servers, Group Policy, Active Directory, and Virtualization
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
