2nd Line Support Engineer Role

We are seeking a skilled 2nd Line Support Engineer to join our team at CBSbutler Holdings Limited trading as CBSbutler. As a 2nd Line Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support to our clients and corporate partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Service Desk in resolving IT issues and providing solutions to customers.
  • Provide technical support for Windows servers, Active Directory, WINS, and Group Policy.
  • Collaborate with the team to implement and maintain virtualization technologies, including VMWare and HyperV.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Windows servers, Active Directory, WINS, and Group Policy.
  • Knowledge of virtualization technologies, including VMWare and HyperV.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

This is an office-based role, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on various projects and contribute to the growth and development of our team.
