2nd Line Support Technician Role

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced 2nd Line Support Technician to join our team at CBSbutler Holdings Limited.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to internal customers via phone, email, and remote desktop connections.
  • Respond to and resolve technical issues within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Collaborate with the 1st Line Support Team to ensure seamless escalation of complex issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in the field.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working in a service desk environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows servers, group policy, Active Directory, and virtualisation.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
