About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Peabody as a Homeownership Property Manager, where you will play a key role in delivering specialist homeownership services to our customers. As a seasoned professional in residential property management, you will be responsible for leading on contractual relationship management with external managing agents and specialist enquiry management for homeowners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of properties, providing expert advice and guidance to homeowners and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external managing agents, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, actively working to understand and resolve customer dissatisfaction.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and effective problem-solving.
  • Stay up-to-date with contemporary issues and legislation affecting residential property management, ensuring compliance and best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working in a residential property management environment, with a strong understanding of homeownership tenures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex information into plain terms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to resolving customer issues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
