Job Title: Homeownership Manager
Salary: Up to £44,547 per annum
Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday - WFH 2/3 days per week
Duration: Permanent
About the Role:
- Deliver proactive, high-quality, customer-focused property management services
- Manage home ownership properties and schemes
- Lead on leasehold issues and ensure legislative compliance
- Maximize income generation through service charges and major works
- Collaborate with teams for seamless customer service delivery
- Address homeowner concerns and queries promptly
- Conduct property inspections and manage maintenance
- Prepare and manage property-related budgets
- Oversee service charge accounts and major works projects
- Maintain records and report on performance metrics
- Develop positive relationships with homeowners and stakeholders
- Handle disputes and complaints efficiently
Additional requirements:
- Strong Housing management background, and an understanding of leasehold functions
- Ability to deal with and tackle ASB
- Excellent numeracy skills and able to prepare financial information accurately
- A DBS check will be required for this role
