Job Title: Homeownership Manager

Salary: Up to £44,547 per annum

Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday - WFH 2/3 days per week

Duration: Permanent


About the Role:

  • Deliver proactive, high-quality, customer-focused property management services
  • Manage home ownership properties and schemes
  • Lead on leasehold issues and ensure legislative compliance
  • Maximize income generation through service charges and major works
  • Collaborate with teams for seamless customer service delivery
  • Address homeowner concerns and queries promptly
  • Conduct property inspections and manage maintenance
  • Prepare and manage property-related budgets
  • Oversee service charge accounts and major works projects
  • Maintain records and report on performance metrics
  • Develop positive relationships with homeowners and stakeholders
  • Handle disputes and complaints efficiently


Additional requirements:

  • Strong Housing management background, and an understanding of leasehold functions
  • Ability to deal with and tackle ASB
  • Excellent numeracy skills and able to prepare financial information accurately
  • A DBS check will be required for this role
