We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team in Eastbourne, working across multiple sites to provide high-quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide person-centred care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and autism, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a responsive and high-quality service, ensuring the needs of each individual are met.
  • Take responsibility for own actions, attitude, impact, and career development, contributing to a positive and supportive team culture.
Requirements:
  • Driver with a Full UK Driving Licence and own form of transport.
  • Ability to work a rotational shift pattern, including weekdays and weekends, with flexibility to adapt to changing needs.
  • Passion for providing high-quality care and support, with a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
