Your Role: As a teaching assistant, you will collaborate with students from diverse backgrounds and abilities, implementing tailored strategies to boost confidence, independence, and growth. You will teach vital life skills, foundational literacy, and numeracy, while fostering a positive environment that promotes open communication and self-regulation.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized strategies to meet the unique needs of students.
  • Teach essential life skills, including literacy and numeracy.
  • Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages teamwork and community building.
  • Plan and lead engaging activities that promote social skills and emotional intelligence.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need hands-on experience working with young people, ideally in educational or care settings. You must be flexible, patient, and adaptable, with a commitment to meeting varied learning needs.
