- Position: Special Needs Support Assistant
- School: Special Needs School in Norwich
- Contract Type: Full-time (Term Time Only)(Temp to Perm)
- Start Date: ASAP
- Salary: £13,600 - £14,400 per annum (£26.17/hr - £27.60/hr)
Role Overview:
- You will play a crucial role in supporting students with diverse special educational needs.
- Collaborate closely with teachers to cater to individual student requirements.
- Assist students during classroom activities, ensuring their engagement and understanding.
- Provide one-on-one support to students with personal care and Social Emotional needs.
- Implement behavior management strategies and maintain a positive learning environment.
About the Role:
- A genuine passion for working with students with special educational needs.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to varying student needs.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in a school or care setting in the UK (Mandatory).
- Right to Work in the UK (NO Sponsorship Provided. Candidates on Skilled Worker Visa are not eligible for this position).
