Job Title: Support Assistant for Norwich Based Student

The ideal candidate will be a flexible and reliable individual who is comfortable providing support with daily tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and bill management. This role requires a strong sense of empathy and understanding of disability etiquette.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the student with morning routines, including showering and getting dressed
  • Prepare nutritious meals and snacks to meet the student's dietary needs
  • Manage household bills and paperwork
  • Accompany the student to community events and activities

Requirements:

  • Flexible scheduling to accommodate the student's varying lecture times
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities
  • LGBTQ+ friendly and non-judgmental attitude

Compensation: £11.68 per hour, 14 hours per week
