Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and execution of the Reconciliation product suite, aligning with our company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a product roadmap for the Reconciliation product suite, ensuring timely and effective delivery of product features and improvements.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, data, PMM, and customer success, to drive product innovation.
  3. Conduct research and gather feedback from customers to identify pain points, needs, and preferences related to reconciliation workflows.
  4. Work closely with the design team to create user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for setting up and monitoring reconciliation workflows.
  5. Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure product features are built to scale and meet performance requirements.
  6. Define and track key performance metrics, using data-driven insights to inform product decisions and improvements.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the company, including sales, marketing, customer success, and data teams.
Requirements
  1. 4+ years of experience in Product Management, with a focus on data products, including API products.
  2. Proven experience in building and launching new products or features as a Product Manager within a cross-functional team, preferably for B2B SaaS products.
  3. Hands-on experience with product discovery methods, design thinking, and agile software development practices.
  4. Proficient in gathering data through both qualitative and quantitative methods and making data-driven decisions.
  5. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and analyze data to inform product decisions.
