We are seeking a Radiation Therapy Practitioner to join our team at Leeds Teaching Hospitals. As a radiation therapy practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality radiotherapy treatment and patient care, working closely with our multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in therapy radiography, with experience working with radiotherapy equipment and patients with cancer. A good understanding of cancer issues and treatment options is essential.

The salary for this role is estimated at around £48,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert radiotherapy treatment and patient care
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement effective treatment plans
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting clinical information
  • Participating in quality assurance procedures and continuous professional development

Requirements include:

  • A degree in Therapy Radiography or equivalent
  • Current State Registration (HCPC)
  • Experience of working with patients with cancer and radiotherapy equipment
