Clinical Lead Nurse - Endoscopy Bournemouth | Theatre | Permanent | Full time, Includes weekend work Up to £45,000 depending on experience hours per week
Main ResponsibilitiesAs a Clinical Lead Nurse in our Endoscopy Unit, you will be responsible for supporting the Theatre Manager in the efficient running of the department. You will coordinate activity and be responsible for patient care and safety, ensuring seamless, personalised care for our patients. You will work closely with consultants who are experts in their field, applying your knowledge and skills in assessment, care planning and delivery. You will also champion a supportive, enabling working culture on the ward, promoting staff safety.
