Clinical Lead Nurse Opportunity in Christchurch, England

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team in Christchurch, England. As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to residents and ensuring that care services are consistently provided to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work as part of a team to provide high-quality nursing care to residents.
  • Ensure that care services are consistently provided to a high standard, meeting the personal care needs of residents while respecting their dignity and promoting independence.
  • Administer medication and treatments within NMC guidelines and company medication policy.
  • Ensure that residents' care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives, and other healthcare professionals, and report any ill-health amongst residents and make requests for GP/professional visits where necessary.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of leading a nursing team in the delivery of person-centred care, including planning, implementing, and evaluating.
  • Experience of delivering quality clinical and person-first assessments.
  • Good working knowledge of CQC standards.
